Use the Resistance Knob to adjust resistance of the foot pedals.

Start exercising. LCD display will show readings. If readings stay zero, screw the knob slightly inwards.

Resetting

Press and hold red reset button for 5 seconds. All readings will be set to zero.

If not in use, the screen will power off automatically after 5 seconds.
